2004 Bay to Birdwood Run (South Australia)
Other interesting vehicles at the finish

My father (in the suit, 2nd from left) drove his 1937 Plymouth (behind him).
At age 81, he's still very active with cars and motorcycles.  Some of his friends from western Victoria
drove across specially for the event, and enjoyed themselves immensely.
Those standing own the maroon 1949 Riley 1.5 litre RMA sedan.

1911 De Dion Bouton

Many other people bring picnic lunches and wear period costumes.
Car 0081 (centre) – 1925 Ford T Tourer

Car 0954 (left) – 1916 Dodge Bros Roadster
Car 1827 (centre) – 1911 Ford T Tourer

A few of the old military vehicles:
Truck 1376 (left) – 1940 Marmon-Harrington AP3 armoured car?  Perhaps not.
Car 1307 (right) – 1943 Ford rover armoured car.

Inside the National Motor Museum is a wide range of cars, trucks, fire trucks, buses and motorcycles ...

... including this fully restored 1972 Kenworth double-trailer rig
