A Training Programme for Everyone

The training runs listed are well suited for all levels because of their ‘out and back’ nature
(beginners turn back early - or do the special ‘Uni Loop’ initially).
Unless otherwise stated, all runs begin from:-
Cnr. Bundeys Rd. and MacKinnon Pde.,
North Adelaide.
Starts at 7.45am every Sunday. Breakfast, showers and toilets are available.
Club Membership is $10.00 p.a. ($1.00 extra per family member.)
